In new construction, you'll be involved in planning, installation, cable routing, connections, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of systems.\n\nIn the navigation field, you'll work with installation and configuration of equipment such as GPS, Gyro, Log, Echo-sounder, AIS, ECDIS, Radar, and GMDSS. You may also train crews and commission systems.\n\nIn repair operations, work takes place onboard vessels at the shipyard or in the surrounding area, focusing on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.\n\nYou will, among other things:\n\nInstall and connect electrical systems according to drawings and specifications\nInstall, configure, and adapt navigation equipment\nTroubleshoot and repair complex electrical installations onboard\nParticipate in commissioning and testing of new systems\nWork independently or on-site at the customer's location when needed\n\n\nOur Offer\n\nAt Swede Ship Marine, you'll have an exciting role in one of the few remaining Swedish shipbuilding environments.
