The position involves building relationships and maintaining dialogue with local businesses, partners, and the public sector to ensure the attractiveness of the property holdings. As a property manager, you are responsible for contact and coordination of suppliers and contractors regarding maintenance projects and value-add projects. Together with the group's project organization, you will also work with new construction, conversions, and renovations. The role includes gathering quotes, negotiating prices, and ordering work and services from contractors for daily management.
