Your responsibilities include budget and results management, as well as planning, procurement, and execution of operations, tenant improvements, and maintenance projects in collaboration with operations technicians and other colleagues.\nThrough close and ongoing dialogue with tenants and other partners, you will build and develop long-term relationships. The role also includes renegotiating existing lease agreements, new leasing, and responsibility for planning and implementing energy-saving measures in the properties with support from other colleagues.
