You work independently but also closely with the rest of the property management department, which consists of maintenance managers, technicians, engineers, and the Chief of Technology & Sustainability.\nYour main responsibilities include:\ncustomer contact and service for tenants\ninternal and external property maintenance\nsupervision, rounds, inspections, and function checks\npreventive and corrective maintenance\ntroubleshooting and minor repairs\nwork orders and follow-up on completed tasks\ncoordination with and monitoring of contractors\nparticipation in planned maintenance, renovations, and smaller projects\ncontinuous improvement of properties, systems, and work methods.\n\nWork is primarily conducted in Pite\u00e5, but work at RAWI's other locations may occur.\nYour BackgroundWe are looking for someone with several years of work experience in technical services and maintenance, preferably from the property management industry. You may also have relevant experience from, for example, industrial, installation, service, or construction operations.\nYou are practical and have broad technical understanding. Knowledge of plumbing, construction, and electrical work is a plus, as is experience with building systems, control and monitoring systems, and the ability to read technical drawings and diagrams.\nLimited electrical certification or equivalent electrical competence and Hot Work certification are also advantageous.\nThe position requires a B-class driver's license, basic computer skills, and the ability to communicate in Swedish verbally and in writing.
