We are now seeking an engaged and structured team member for our property department.\n\nYou will become part of the property department consisting of 25 colleagues with broad expertise in the property field. Together, you are responsible for creating good conditions for the municipality's operations through professional and sustainable property work.\n\nIn this role, you work both operatively and strategically. You are primarily responsible for managing internal and external facility lease agreements and terminations, and you maintain ongoing contact with tenants, external property companies, and contractors. You also participate in rent negotiations and ensure that work is conducted in accordance with applicable legislation and agreements.\n\nAn important part of the assignment is to participate in the municipality's facility planning group (LPG), where you contribute with analyses and materials for long-term planning of the municipality's facilities and properties.
