As a facilities technician, you will be placed in the technical administration, property management department. Today, 7 technicians work with us, collectively responsible for the operation and maintenance of the municipality's properties.\n\nAs a facilities technician, you will be part of our group of facilities technicians. Together, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily operation and future development of the municipality's properties. You will work with energy optimization, control and monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance, and care of the municipality's properties. Responsibility for systematic fire protection work, operation of fire alarm systems, Category 4 boilers, swimming facility, and supervision of backup power systems are included in the position.\n\nYou will have responsibility for your own area, and within this area you will be responsible for patrols, inspections, and maintenance.
