You have many years of experience working in early stages within real estate development, plans, and programs, and have good experience collaborating with consultants, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders. It is important that you have good knowledge of the Planning and Building Act, real estate law, and environmental legislation, as well as understanding of real estate economics and commercial aspects of projects.\nAs a person, you are communicative, structured, and confident in driving both your own work tasks and project teams forward.
