The team leader role is as interesting and fun as it is challenging and developmental. You primarily work in your assigned work group but also become part of the operation's management team. You are also offered regular group supervision.\nYou work full-time, 37 hours per week. Working hours are primarily scheduled for daytime on weekdays and holidays, plus two out of four weekends. Evening work occurs based on operational needs.\nYour future work tasks\nAs a team leader, you strengthen the operational support to the unit's two managers.
