Your work tasks are to receive substitute requests from Finsp\u00e5ng Municipality's operations and then place substitutes and pool employees according to needs, competence, and qualifications. As a staffing scheduler, you work with the operations' needs in focus and in a legally secure manner so that legislation, procedures, and guidelines are followed. You also have daily contact with managers, employees, and substitutes. Communication takes place via email, phone, and in Time Care Pool.\nWork is conducted during daytime hours on both weekdays and weekends. On weekdays, you work either from 6:00 or 6:30 until 14:30 or 16:30. You work every other weekend and the working hours are then 6:30 - 12:30 or 15:00.\nWho are you?\nWe are looking for someone with completed upper secondary education and good computer skills. It is a merit if you have administrative training or equivalent, and if you have experience working with staffing planning before.
