The preschool currently has 13 enrolled children and the work team consists of 4 educators, including both childcare workers and preschool teachers.\nWe collaborate with Bj\u00f6rke School, which is located nearby, during opening and closing times as well as on certain school holidays.\nWe work with children in smaller groups for most of the day in order to provide children with teaching and activities tailored to their individual needs and circumstances. To capture the children's questions and hypotheses, we use process documentation and reflect together each week.\nThe preschool's pedagogical environments change continuously based on the children's needs, curiosity, interests, and exploration, in order to provide inspiring and educational instruction.\nSince Bl\u00e5klinten is a small rural unit, we are looking for someone who is flexible and accustomed to taking personal responsibility.\nYour Future Responsibilities\nAs a preschool teacher at our unit, you have overall responsibility for creating a safe and secure environment that attracts and challenges children to develop and learn. You are responsible for leading, evaluating, and analyzing education together with your colleagues and creating conditions to work toward the goals in the steering documents.
