In addition to working in the afterschool program, you collaborate with your team, which consists of afterschool teachers, preschool class teachers, elementary teachers, activity leaders, and possibly student support staff. The team's role is to shape learning based on each student's needs and abilities so that they have the opportunity to progress as far as possible.
