You have experience in qualified development work within public health, social sustainability, or related areas. You have knowledge of how societal factors and living conditions are connected to people's health.\nTo succeed in your assignment, it is important that you have experience leading processes in a strategic manner, as well as having good structure and persistence in your work. You have good ability to communicate in Swedish both verbally and in writing. Previous experience collaborating with public actors and civil society, as well as being accustomed to incorporating different cross-disciplinary perspectives in your work, is meritorious. It is also positive if you have experience working in a politically-governed organization.\nAs a person, you are initiative-taking, creative, and see opportunities to develop working methods and collaboration based on new knowledge and changed needs. You have good ability to coordinate and develop relationships, as well as to coordinate groups and manage several complex areas simultaneously. We do this by taking initiatives and coordinating efforts. We collaborate with actors in and outside the county within various areas such as public health, business, environment and climate, infrastructure, urban planning, rural areas, competence supply, culture, and library development.
