Our area consists of units within reception, family law, domestic violence teams, prevention and needs-assessed open care services, as well as administrative tasks and other support functions. Each unit is led by a unit manager, and the area as a whole is led by an area manager.\nThe Family Treatment Unit Ages 0-17 implements needs-assessed interventions in the form of family treatment, intensive family treatment, and parental support to parents of placed children. The unit consists of two teams, a family treatment team and an intensive family treatment team, working to ensure that children and young people grow up under good living conditions. The open care services are facing an exciting development where interventions are shaped in close collaboration with other important stakeholders in the field, with the aim of constantly evolving and adapting to the needs we encounter among children and young people in order to offer the best possible support. The parental support intervention is new for our unit and is offered both as a non-needs-assessed and as a needs-assessed intervention.
