Lekeberg Municipality has high ambitions and a strong drive in developing the municipality, where digital development and AI are a natural part of the development work. As a Change Leader, you will be part of the Business and Development Department and report to the Head of Business and Development.\nAs a Change Leader, you will work with a broad spectrum of development initiatives and projects. You will work closely with the digitalization project manager, communications, and administrative managers in the work with digital development and changed ways of working.\n\nYou will drive changes of various sizes: smaller activities, feasibility studies, benefit calculations, and projects from strategic level to operational implementation. Subsequently, you ensure evaluation and follow-up. You work in close dialogue with the operations.\nThe Change Leader has an important role in building relationships and holding together the various collaboration areas. Engaging people and creating understanding for changes in processes and ways of working is an important part.
