Our mission is to create individually tailored interventions that lead to progress, participation, and long-term sustainable self-sufficiency.\nAbout the Assignment\nAs a change leader, you work with individuals who are far from the labor market and need support to take the next step toward employment, studies, or other sustainable self-sufficiency.\nThe target group often has complex needs and may require support from multiple services simultaneously. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can combine a coaching approach with structure, clarity, and a strong focus on progress.\nYou map participants' resources, obstacles, and development needs and plan interventions that strengthen their ability to reach their goals.
