For this reason, we place great emphasis on personal qualities such as independence, ability to collaborate, and initiative.\n\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with a degree in social work, behavioral science, nursing, or another academic degree of at least 180 credits (120 credits under the previous system) that the employer considers equivalent. You should have experience working in this field. Personal suitability is given great weight.\n\nWork Hours and Terms\nScope: 100% permanent employment following a 6-month probationary period. Approval as a facility manager by the IVO (Inspection Board for Care Institutions) is a requirement for permanent employment. A certificate from the criminal record and suspicion register will be requested. A Class B driver's license is required.\n\nWorking hours are daytime, Monday through Friday.
