The unit is growing and therefore this shared role. As the unit expands, the manager role will become more dominant. As manager, you will be responsible for compliance with IVO. As Social Worker\/Contact Person, you will be available to guide and provide security through individual support in daily life. You will be a contact person for a number of clients whom you meet regularly. Both adults and children. All practical support as well as counseling support. Counseling support may consist of trauma treatment, crisis management and conversations regarding violence\/the situation for increased understanding.
