We are growing now and want to expand our team!\n\nAbout the Role\nAs a manager, you have overall responsibility for one of our shelters \u2013 for quality, work environment, and daily operations. You lead and support staff, ensure that we comply with applicable regulations, and are a trustworthy, clear manager. You report to management and work closely with social services and other authorities.\n\nYour Responsibilities\n\u25cf Personnel and work management for the shelter's employees, including scheduling, employee meetings, and competence development\n\u25cf Responsibility for assessments and admissions and discharges of new clients in consultation with social services\n\u25cf Quality assurance of documentation, risk assessments, and safety planning\n\u25cf Ensure that operations meet IVO's requirements and applicable regulations\n\u25cf Budget and profit responsibility for the shelter\n\u25cf Be a support and sounding board for staff in difficult situations and cases\n\u25cf Support and safety conversations, conduct risk assessments, and provide practical support to clients\n\nWho We're Looking For\nAs a person, you are empathetic, structured, calm, and clear, with the ability to make decisions even under pressure.\n\u25cf You meet IVO's requirements for suitability and competence as a manager of sheltered housing\n\u25cf You have relevant higher education (minimum 180 credits) and experience with the target group\n\u25cf You have experience with personnel responsibility and work management\n\u25cf You have good knowledge of the Social Services Act and relevant regulations\n\u25cf You have a B-class driver's license and access to a car\n\u25cf Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish\n\u25cf It is an advantage if you have knowledge in MI and SARA\/PATRIARK.\n\nWhat We Offer\nMeaningful work where you make a real difference, in a small organization close to both employees and decisions \u2013 and colleagues who are passionate about the same things you are.\n\nHow to Apply\nSend your CV and personal letter to jobbansokan@fredahuset.se.
