It is a merit if you are a licensed specialist physician in occupational medicine or equivalent.\nYou are confident in your profession and interested in work life's impact on health, accustomed to collaborating with different professional groups and stakeholders, clear and communicative in both speech and writing, comfortable with digital work tools and the Office suite, have a consultative approach and are skilled at creating trusting relationships, have high social competence and a good ability to meet people in different situations with attentiveness, respect, and professionalism, communicate clearly and pedagogically, and can adapt your message to the recipient and situation.\nRequirements:\nGood knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
