The department offers education for future real estate brokers focused on the sale of forest and agricultural properties. In order to become a certified real estate broker, students must, among other things, study property law, building technology, property valuation, brokerage and housing rights. The researcher will work with, among other things, the following tasks:\nDevelop scientific expertise and research environment at the department within civil law, with main focus on housing rights and property brokerage.\nCourse development for housing rights and property brokerage.\nDevelop pedagogical expertise at the department.\nFurther development and maintenance of networks and collaborations with academia, industry and society.\n\nYour background\nFor the position of researcher in housing rights, the holder must have the following knowledge and qualifications:\nPhD in law.\nExperience as a researcher and in research environments within civil law, specifically housing rights.\nBe scientifically skilled in the subject of employment.\nEducation in higher education pedagogy and experience in developing higher education pedagogical expertise.\nHave good leadership qualities and demonstrate ability in social competence.\n\nThe applicant who, after a comprehensive assessment of competence and skill, is deemed to have the best prerequisites to carry out and develop the current tasks and contribute to positive development of the operations will be recommended for employment.\nAbout us\nThe Forest Master School is responsible for SLU's forest master education.
