Welcome to Research & Development Nordost!\n\n1 position(s).\n\nWORK TASKS\nAs a research director, you plan, lead and conduct research and development projects in close cooperation with social services operations, academia and other relevant stakeholders. You contribute with theoretical and methodological expertise, support the implementation of evidence-based approaches, and guide and support development initiatives through, for example, project management and workshops. The role involves both independent work and close collaboration with managers, process leaders and other experts in the operations.\n\nThe assignment also includes representing the operations, monitoring the external environment, disseminating knowledge and good practices, and actively contributing to the Research & Development unit's development work. You promote increased collaboration between research and practice and build long-term partnerships with authorities, municipalities, other research and development operations, and various social services operations.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo succeed in the role of research director, you need both the ability to take initiative and work independently as well as good collaboration skills, as projects are often conducted in cooperation. Other qualities that are important for the position are that you are organized and have the ability to organize and plan your work, and that you are analytical and can see logic and connections in complex information.
