You actively work to promote each child's development and learning through a conscious pedagogical approach. The role includes planning, implementing, and evaluating activities based on the curriculum's goals, as well as documenting and analyzing how these goals are integrated into daily work. You are also responsible for developing action plans for children in need of special support. You will be part of a team with both preschool teachers and childcare assistants. The two positions are divided between one unit with children born in -22 and another with children born in -23.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for you as a licensed preschool teacher who has the ability to create safe and trusting relationships with both the children, colleagues, and guardians.
