The role includes planning, implementing, and evaluating education with reference to the curriculum goals and the preschool's reflection resources. We use a document to observe each child's current level in order to clarify what instruction the teachers need to plan. This work happens both individually and collaboratively within the team to create conditions for all children to develop and thrive with us. Habo Municipality has a shared focus on accessible learning environments where children's safety, attendance, and learning are overarching goals. This school year, our unit is using shared literature as professional development to advance our instruction, learning environments, and professional expertise.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe prefer that you hold a preschool teacher certification with authorization to conduct instruction in preschool.
