You will work together with childcare assistants in a smaller group of children, where you are responsible for instruction according to the preschool curriculum.\n\nTogether with your team, you have great freedom to design education and instruction based on the national guidelines and municipal directives that apply in preschool. We regard it as self-evident that you base your work on the children's interests, needs, and experiences, and that you have the ability to create good relationships with both children and adults you meet.\n\nYou must have a preschool teacher education with a credential that gives you the authority to teach in preschool. You should have strong theoretical knowledge from your education and the ability to implement it practically together with your team.\n\nYou should have good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing.
