We are looking for a dedicated preschool teacher who, with engagement and warmth, wants to contribute to children's wellbeing.\n\nYour responsibilities include:\n\n\u2022 You and your colleagues in the work team have primary responsibility for education at the preschool.\n\u2022 You plan and lead teaching both individually and in collaboration with colleagues.\n\u2022 You document and evaluate the instruction.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone who has:\n\n\u2022 A degree from a preschool teacher program and preschool teacher certification with authorization to teach in preschool and preschool class. Or ongoing studies in the preschool teacher program, with graduation in January 2027.\n\u2022 Knowledge of and familiarity with the preschool curriculum.\n\u2022 Strong ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.\n\nIt is meritious if you have:\n\n\u2022 Experience with AAC and\/or TAKK.\n\u2022 Experience with children with special needs.\n\nTo succeed in the role as a preschool teacher, you have:\n\n\u2022 The ability to see what needs to be prioritized, are efficient, and use resources to best achieve results.\n\u2022 An unpretentious approach in your collaboration with colleagues, children, and guardians.\n\u2022 The ability to lead and motivate children and help them thrive and feel good.\n\u2022 You are organized and plan your work well.
