We work in three teams distributed across six units, which increases our flexibility opportunities.\nWe have assigned responsibility tasks that concern the entire preschool, and various groups to keep both individual and preschool development moving forward. You are responsible for teaching and ensuring that children's learning and development are documented, monitored, and analyzed. You actively work to promote children's ability to be involved and exercise influence over their education by taking advantage of their views, opinions, and needs.\nYou have designated pedagogical development time built into your schedule, both for reflection with the work team and individual planning, as well as collaborative learning in cross-functional groups.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone who has a preschool teacher certification and a great sense of discovery to be able to give our children the best possible educational start in lifelong learning.
