You are well familiar with the preschool's mission and have a clear child-focused approach. Previous experience working as a preschool teacher is an asset, especially if you have worked in diverse settings. We would like to see that you have experience using pedagogical documentation as a tool to develop instruction, as well as knowledge of how preschool learning environments can be used as the third educator. It is also an asset if you have knowledge of and experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication).
