Our team consists of preschool teachers, childcare workers, an art pedagogue, and a principal. Our staff has specialized expertise in aesthetic forms of expression and we want you to have a strong interest or competence in working with aesthetic forms of expression. As a preschool teacher, you will share certain site responsibility with the assistant principal and principal. Therefore, we see it as important that you are structured, organized, can lead, and be solution-oriented. We also see that you must be strong administratively, where you should be able to write plans, evaluations, and create pedagogical documentation\u2014to name a few examples. You need to work with the assistant principal as the connecting link.\nFor us, it is important to be professional and view inclusion as natural, and to see all children as competent.\nThe preschool is privately operated. There are three preschools in total in the company. We collaborate between units and share substitute staff and help each other between facilities, maintain a shared information and materials bank where we share good practices, take field trips together, and combine resources during summer and winter holidays.
