The work includes planning, implementation, documentation, and monitoring as well as evaluation of the activities according to decided goals and guidelines. Your work is characterized by holistic thinking where every child is given the opportunity to succeed in their learning and personal development. You help create a safe and inspiring learning environment where children feel seen, safe, and affirmed.\n\nThe role includes:\n\n- Plan and carry out teaching based on the curriculum's objectives\n\n- Document children's development and learning\n\n- Continuously monitor and evaluate the activities\n\n- Collaborate with colleagues in the work team to create unified and quality education\n\n- Contribute to a shared commitment where sustainable development is a natural part of daily life at all our preschools, which are certified according to the Swedish National Agency for Education's \"School for Sustainable Development\"\n\nWe are looking for someone who is positive, engaged, and driven and who, together with us, wants to continue developing Hedesunda preschool.\n\nFor this position, a valid extract from the criminal record register for work in the school system is required.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone who has:\n\nA degree from the preschool teacher program and a preschool teacher certification with authorization to teach in preschool and preschool class. Or ongoing studies in the preschool teacher program, with graduation in January 2027.\n\nIs familiar with and has knowledge of the preschool curriculum.\n\nGood ability to express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing.\n\nMeritorious if you have:\n\nExperience with AAC and\/or TAKK.\n\nExperience with children in need of special support.\n\nTo succeed in the role of preschool teacher, you have:\n\nThe ability to see what needs to be prioritized, are efficient, and use resources to best achieve results.\n\nA humble approach in your collaboration with colleagues, children, and guardians.\n\nThe ability to lead and motivate children and help them thrive and feel good.\n\nYou are structured and plan your work well.
