As a preschool teacher, you work in a team consisting of dedicated and knowledgeable educators who look forward to your participation in planning and implementing pedagogical work with students. You plan, implement, and evaluate instruction as well as develop and ensure the quality of aftercare and short-term supervision (LSS). In addition, your responsibilities will include supporting students in developing various school social skills and being a support for the student(s) throughout the school day, during both class time and aftercare. This includes a supervision responsibility that is especially important since our students have intellectual disabilities and therefore have more or less limited consequence thinking. Your assignment also includes care and personal care activities. The work is varied and shaped based on the nature of the individual assignment and students' needs.\nQualifications\nYou are a certified preschool teacher or a certified teacher with authorization to teach in preschool class. Previous experience working as a preschool teacher in an adapted elementary school is a merit. Experience working with children and young people with NPF diagnoses and\/or education regarding intellectual disabilities and NPF is also a merit. If you have experience with AAC\/TAKK, it is a merit, and if you have knowledge of various diagnoses and disabilities, we consider that a merit. If you have previous experience working with children and young people with autism, we consider that a merit. You need to be able to express yourself clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as the work involves contact with guardians and some documentation. You have good didactic and pedagogical abilities and can lead and organize your work to create a good learning environment for students.
