We are looking for you who are an engaged, positive, team player and driven preschool teacher who is passionate about your mission and pedagogical development work.\n\nYour job duties include:\n\n\u2022 Together with colleagues in the team, you have main responsibility for education at the preschool\n\u2022 You plan, implement, document and follow up and evaluate the activities according to decided goals and guidelines.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone who has:\n\n\u2022 A degree from the preschool teacher program and preschool teacher certification with authority to teach in preschool and preschool class or ongoing studies in the preschool teacher program with degree Jan 27\n\u2022 Is familiar with and has knowledge of the preschool curriculum\n\u2022 Has good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing\n\nIt is considered an advantage if you have experience with AAC and\/or TAKK as well as with children in need of special support.\n\nTo succeed in the role as a preschool teacher, you:\n\n\u2022 Have the ability to see what needs to be prioritized, are efficient and use resources to best achieve results.\n\u2022 Have an unpretentious approach in your collaboration with colleagues, children and guardians.\n\u2022 Have the ability to lead and motivate children and get them to thrive and feel good.
