We are looking for an engaged, positive, and driven preschool teacher who is passionate about your mission and about pedagogical development work.\n\nYour work duties include:\n\n\u2022 Together with your colleagues in the work team, having primary responsibility for education at the preschool.\n\u2022 Planning and leading instruction both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.\n\u2022 Documenting and evaluating instruction.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone who has:\n\n\u2022 A degree from a preschool teacher program and preschool teacher certification with the authority to teach in preschool and preschool class.\n\u2022 Familiarity with and knowledge of the preschool curriculum.\n\u2022 Good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.\n\nIt is meritorious if you have:\n\n\u2022 Experience with AAC and\/or TAKK.\n\u2022 Experience with children in need of special support.\n\u2022 Experience in leading colleagues and individuals in instruction.\n\nTo succeed in the role of preschool teacher, you have:\n\n\u2022 The ability to see what needs to be prioritized, are efficient, and use resources to achieve results in the best way possible.\n\u2022 An unpretentious approach to collaboration with colleagues, children, and guardians.\n\u2022 The ability to lead and motivate children and help them thrive and feel good.
