The preservation and systematic organization of the physical collections, together with digitalization, are important activities to ensure their accessibility for the future.\n\nWe are now seeking 2 senior assistants. These are full-time positions for 2 months.\n\n2 position(s).\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nPractical work involving care, enhancement, and accessibility of scientific zoological collections and archives. The work will largely consist of database entry and object handling in connection with data registration. Tasks include transcription of label data and updating of taxonomic information, digitalization, coordinate mapping, restructuring and organization of collections. For one of the positions, collection care is also included.
