You have a strong ability to plan and conduct experimental research work independently and to collaborate in an interdisciplinary research environment.\nWe require that you have:\na PhD in materials science, chemistry, physics, electrical engineering, polymer technology, or a related field,\ndocumented research experience in organic semiconductors, conducting polymers, OMIECs, or polymer electronics,\nexperience with processing and experimental characterization of functional materials or electronic components,\nexperience with electrical or electrochemical characterization,\nthe ability to independently plan, conduct, analyze, and document research work,\nvery good proficiency in English, both oral and written.\n\nIt is advantageous if you have experience in one or more of the following areas:\nformulation of functional inks,\nadditive manufacturing or printed electronics,\norganic mixed ionic-electronic conductors (OMIECs),\norganic electrochemical transistors (OECTs) or other electrochemical components,\nchemical or electrochemical doping of organic semiconductors or conducting polymers,\nsustainable processing strategies for organic electronic materials,\nthin film characterization,\nelectrical and electrochemical characterization of organic electronic components.\n\nYour Workplace\nYou will work at the Laboratory of Organic Electronics (LOE) and be part of the Organic Nanoelectronics research group, led by Professor Simone Fabiano.\nThe research group conducts research in organic semiconductors, conducting polymers, mixed ionic-electronic conductors, and organic electronic and electrochemical components.
