The preschools focus particularly on language development work, where our priority goal is for each child to increase their ability to converse in Swedish by expanding their vocabulary.\n\nDuring fall 2025, we implemented \"Ordskattsamlaren\" as a method in our language development approach. The aim of this work is to strengthen children's language development and vocabulary by giving them strategies for learning new words. During 2026, we collaborate with a speech-language pathologist who, together with the management team in the area, contributes to developing and supporting area staff in language development work with a special focus on the youngest children's language development.\n\nOur preschools work in collaboration. We have close cooperation with the area's special educators and lead early childhood educators.
