The work takes place in close collaboration with the child's family and network and is based on respect for people's own knowledge, abilities, and responsibility.\nAs a senior social worker, you have an important role in contributing to quality, stability, and development in the work group. The position is newly created and involves expanded responsibility where you, together with the unit manager and colleagues, help strengthen working methods, method development, and quality in case management.\nThe task is two-part. You work both as an experienced case handler with your own cases and as a method support and collegial support in the work group. Through your experience, you contribute to security in daily work and to developing working methods that strengthen quality in work with children and young people.
