As a lead teacher, you shall work together with school management to analyze the school's results and drive systematic quality improvement forward. You should be a good role model, have the ability to share your knowledge and professional skills with colleagues. In addition to teaching and other customary teacher duties, lead teachers participate in the school's development group.
