This time-limited appointment extends for three years. For all Lead Teachers with time-limited employment, there is a dormant permanent employment as a teacher at the workplace where the Lead Teacher assignment is performed.\nJob Responsibilities\nIn your role as Lead Teacher, you will primarily be active in teaching. An important part of the role is also to contribute to the development of teaching quality and our available learning environments. Furthermore, you will drive and participate in school development initiatives identified within the school's systematic quality work. The core of systematic quality work is student learning and goal achievement; your work as Lead Teacher is thus to lead your colleagues toward practices that result in improved student outcomes. In this role, we offer teacher meetings two hours each week and development group meetings one hour each week.
