This time-limited employment extends for three years. For all lead teachers with time-limited employment, there is a dormant permanent employment contract as a teacher at the workplace where the lead teacher role is performed.\nWork Tasks\nIn your role as lead teacher, you will primarily work in instruction. In addition to this, you will work on school development tasks identified in the school's systematic quality work. The core of systematic quality work is student learning and goal attainment, so the work as lead teacher is primarily aimed at working together with other teachers at the school to develop instruction in order to increase student learning.\nBased on areas identified in the school's systematic quality work, you will work together with the school's teachers and management group. In collegial learning, you have a central and important role through mentoring and coaching, as well as through contributing knowledge about research and proven experience.\nAn important task as lead teacher here is also mentoring student teachers and mentorship for newly graduated teachers, in order to contribute to a good introduction to the teaching profession.\nA more detailed role description will be formulated in consultation between the lead teacher and the assistant principal and principal of the school.
