You lead the administration based on politically made decisions and ensure that operations are conducted with high quality, good legal certainty, and a clear resident focus.\nYou are coming in at an exciting and important time when social services faces major changes. A central assignment will be to lead the administration's continued transition based on the intentions of the new Social Services Act and to take over and continue the ongoing development work. This includes, among other things, the implementation of Signs of Safety as well as continuing to develop working methods that strengthen early and preventive interventions.
