You are confident in client interactions and prioritize quality and customer experience.\nFor this position, we require that you:\nare a trained hairdresser,\nspeak and understand Swedish fluently so you can independently conduct consultations, customer dialogue, and provide advice,\nhave a genuine interest in the hairdressing profession and craft,\nare service-oriented and enjoy building long-term customer relationships,\ntake responsibility for your own booking and want to develop a well-filled client list,\nwant to continue developing your skills,\nthrive in a small business where people help each other and contribute to the whole.\n\nAn existing client base is a merit but not a requirement.
