You are creative, organized, and able to meet adult students where they are.\nAs a person, you are:\nSocially competent, relationship-building, and clear in your communication.\nSelf-driven, solution-oriented, and skilled at prioritizing in daily work.\nFlexible and confident in adapting instruction to students' and group needs.\nQualifications:\nProfessional Experience: Journeyperson certificate and several years of solid experience in the hair salon profession.\nPedagogy: Teaching certification with credentials in hair salon subjects is a merit, but not required.
