In your role as recreation center manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the instruction is designed in accordance with the School Act, curriculum and other national and municipal governing documents.\nYou will work together with the assistant principal to:\nlead, support and inspire colleagues in pedagogical development work\ncoordinate daily organization as well as staffing and planning during school breaks\ncoordinate organizing shared activities\nschedule recreation center staff\n\nThe position also includes work at the various recreation centers and team leadership.\nYour Competence and Experience\nYou are confident, stable, have good self-awareness and adapt your approach depending on the situation. You appreciate working toward goals and focus on continuous improvements in operations and your own professional practice. You have good collaboration skills with colleagues, students and guardians. You have a good ability to listen, communicate and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.
