We want to hire someone who finds it exciting to help more people discover serious and skilled entrepreneurs.\n\nWhat you'll do\n\nOwn our frontend in Svelte (SvelteKit) \u2013 architecture, quality, performance, and technical direction moving forward\nWork with real technical SEO: Core Web Vitals, rendering strategy, structured data, and schema markup for reviews and business profiles\nExplore AIO\/GEO \u2013 how our content becomes readable, citable, and correctly rendered by AI models\nDrive conversion optimization together with product and marketing: hypotheses, A\/B testing, measurement, follow-up\nUse AI tools in your own daily work and help us improve as a team\n\nWho we think you are\n\nYou have a few years of experience with modern frontend development and are comfortable with JavaScript\/TypeScript. You've worked with SvelteKit before.\nYou understand how the web actually works: rendering, caching, HTML semantics, accessibility, and why these things connect to how a page ranks\nYou have a genuine interest in SEO, conversion, or AI-driven search \u2013 and ideally some opinions about where it's heading\nYou're curious by nature.
