The improvements you make won't disappear into a backlog or an internal system that nobody sees. They'll become part of the daily workflow of recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across Europe.\n\nYou'll take ownership of features from specification through deployment, working closely with product and engineering to understand the problem before deciding on the solution. Rather than being handed isolated tasks, you'll be trusted to drive meaningful parts of the product forward.\n\nThe team works in focused 8-week cycles, with dedicated time both for building and for improving. That means you'll have space to address technical debt, refine existing functionality, and explore better ways of working, not just move from one deadline to the next.\n\nYou'll primarily work with Python and Django, alongside modern frontend technologies, but the focus is less on the tools themselves and more on building a product that solves real customer problems.\n\nWe're also actively exploring how AI can help us build better products and work more effectively, and you'll have plenty of freedom to experiment with modern tools and ways of working.\n\nAbout you\n\nYou have several years of experience as a full-stack developer, primarily working with web-based products. You feel comfortable taking ownership of features throughout the entire development lifecycle, from understanding requirements to seeing your work live in production.\n\nYou have professional experience with Django, meaning you have been hands-on in building scalable Django-based products in a professional setting.\n\nYou've worked in product-focused environments where engineers are expected to contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and help shape solutions, not just implement them.\n\nYou speak and write English fluently, as it's our working language.\n\nYou are currently located in Poland and are open to working remotely.\n\nJobylon develops and offers modern hiring software (SaaS) to companies who want to create and share beautiful job ads and manage their applicants with ease.
