We expect you to work together with your colleagues based on high competence and good patient care.\nIn addition to a physiotherapy degree, you must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.\n\n\nThe Assignment:\n\n\nWe are seeking a licensed physiotherapist for our health center Valjeh\u00e4lsan. Working in primary care means you will meet patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and conditions, so you should feel confident in both acute assessments and work with chronic diagnoses. At Valjeh\u00e4lsan, in addition to the physiotherapist, there are doctors, district nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, receptionists, occupational therapists, and social workers.\nThe initial assessment for acute injuries or pain from the musculoskeletal system is usually performed by the physiotherapist here at Valjeh\u00e4lsan. This also means that physiotherapists (by delegation) independently perform corticosteroid injections and write X-ray and orthopedic referrals. We also perform ultrasound examinations (after training) and offer treatment with both laser and shockwave therapy.\nIn addition to friendly colleagues and nice facilities, we offer a short walk to the swimming facilities and lunch on the dock when weather permits.
