The introduction will be adapted to your experience, and as a new team member, you'll receive support from a mentor and experienced colleagues, with room to ask questions and grow into the role. The clinic is part of V\u00e5rdval Rehab and offers rehabilitation at the primary care level. You'll therefore meet patients with different needs and work with individually adapted rehabilitation, including in our well-equipped gym. When a patient's situation requires multiple perspectives, it's easy to consult with physiotherapists and occupational therapists on the team or with colleagues at the adjacent primary care center.\nWhat You'll Get Here\nAt a smaller clinic, every employee's knowledge is meaningful. You'll have the opportunity to influence how we plan and develop rehabilitation together. To create more time for patient care and learning, our care coordinator supports with scheduling, TelQ, and referral workflows, while AI tools simplify medical documentation. As support for your continued development, we also create an individual competency plan.
