We serve patients living in ordinary housing as well as those in our specialized residential facilities that are part of LSS (Swedish Disability Services Act) or social psychiatry. \nOur overarching goal is to create a good, meaningful, and functional everyday life for our patients. We work toward this in our interdisciplinary teams. We are increasingly focusing on preventive health work, while also providing maintenance and rehabilitation services. We recently reorganized to further emphasize health promotion and prevention work. \nYou will work with assessments and training focused on, for example, mobility issues, group training to promote health and social activities. You will also conduct preventive work such as FaR (fall and accident prevention) and group activities at residential facilities, all to create a functioning and balanced daily life for our patients. \nThe health and care team around the patient consists of a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, nurse, and nursing assistants.
