Then this job is for you!\nStockholm Habilitation Unit serves children with motor functional limitations ages 2 - 6 years. Children receive intensive habilitation two days per week in groups of five children. Children come to the unit together with a pedagogue from preschool. During the week, the unit receives two child groups. Children are referred from the Region's Habilitation Center, which transfers habilitation responsibility during one or more training periods (terms).\nYou can read more about us on our website. You are responsible for setting goals for children's treatment based on your expertise, planning games and activities to work toward the goals and continuously follow them up.\nYour tasks include leading groups with children and their accompanying adults, planning and conducting individual sessions, coaching adults in the children's network, and organizing other habilitation services, such as preschool visits, home visits and assistive device testing.\nStockholm Habilitation Unit is a small operation where everyone helps to make the unit function. This means you will also perform some tasks that are not directly related to your professional training.
