Your work also includes assistive devices, adaptations to the home environment, and support to care staff in rehabilitation-focused working methods. You will be part of multidisciplinary teamwork where physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nurses work closely together. We plan and follow up on shared cases, conduct team visits, and support each other as needs change.
